1. Has this apprentice been open to your feedback and willing to focus on areas that require further practice?
Cynthia was a great assistant! She is super open to any feedback and eager to become a formation leader. I enjoyed working with her.
2. Do you have concerns about this person that may affect her/his ability to continue in formation as a CGSAC formation facilitator?
No concerns. Cynthia does presentations beautifully and is veru knowledgeable about CGS. She displays all the qualities of a formation leader!
3. Which skills and/or presentations have you identified and communicated to the apprentice to focus on in the next level one course she/he co-facilitates?
Cynthia is eager to do the reflections but she doesn't have the formation leader info. I shared with her the ones she wanted to do and she did them well.
4. What would you suggest be covered in a FF workshop or FF course that would give this apprentice greater knowledge and confidence to facilitate a level one course?
I think CGSAC does a great job with having time for apprentices to team with mentors. My only suggestion would be more prayer prior to presentations and being more open to the Holy Spirit. It's such a fine balance between knowing how much or how little to say that it only comes with actually doing it.

Do you feel this apprentice is ready to begin stage two of the apprenticeship period?
i.e. is capable of carrying half the workload of the formation team

Any Further Comments:
Cynthis is very organized and has a great eye for detail. She knows the essentials needed in an atrium, knows how to communicate well with adults in the course, she does presentations prayerfully and is eager to do more of the reflections. We worked together late each evening checking album pages and she was a great help in that. I look forward to her doing more in part B of the course.
